Unfortunately, you cannot use multiple accounts in one search campaign. However, you can extract LinkedIn profiles (key field is the profile URL and other ones are optional) into CSV file, split it into 3 parts and create 3 different campaigns, for example. This is more complicated but a workaround for you.
